Praying for Lucy Part 2

After being in a coma for 5 days, she came out of the coma last Monday (they thought it might be meningitis with fevers topping 104 F!), and here she is today!

  2. Hi Susan, I haven't heard from you in a while. I trust things are well with you. I too have blogged about sweet Lucy. The Krull Family remain in my prayers. It's truly wonderful to see the miracle taking place in Lucy's life. God is good, and all the time! May you have a blessed, peace filled day and week ahead. {{{KC}}}

    1. Hi KC,
      I have been super busy, and am entering a different phase in my life so everything will be completely different shortly, but it will be good. :)
      Thank you for thinking about me and for your comments and prayers. Lucy is truly a little treasure, and I'm happy the Lord extended the time the Krull family can enjoy her here. God truly is good all the time. :D

    1. Hi Barbie :)

      I recently lost a loved one to brain cancer. Then reading about Lucy...it again makes me realize how short our lifespan is here, and how each day is a precious gift that we do not, nor cannot, ever deserve.

      I thank the Lord for every precious day He graciously gives us. :)

    1. Hi JT,

      I noticed others who commented on 3 Kids and a Minivan had mentioned placing Lucy's name on their prayer list or with their pastor for their congregations to pray for.

      I remember once praying for a young man in our church congregation. He was distraught because his marriage was failing and his wife was leaving him. He had gone out drinking and smashed his car into a tree. He was in a coma for 5 days, Sunday being the fifth day of his being in a coma. Many of us stayed after the worship service to pray for a complete healing, asking Jesus to restore him to us. While we were in prayer, we got word that he had just come out of his coma. It was soon after that that I saw him fully restored at a church retreat. At the time I thought the Lord allowed it to help us congregants grow stronger in our weak faith. Perhaps that is part of the reason, to remind us and show us vividly that He really is there, and that He really does answer our prayers, sometimes in a dramatic fashion. :)
