I realized that I still was doing the yo-yo thing because I thought I could do it. The truth is it is the Lord Jesus, not me, who is changing me from glory to glory. I'm glad He's doing it because I know that I'm not at all able to do it.

Hope your day is blessed as well :)Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00498627087140234765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2112872706536660084.post-55066903560233637282013-04-15T06:05:07.838-07:002013-04-15T06:05:07.838-07:00I was just trying to explain this to the kids in o...I was just trying to explain this to the kids in our Sunday school class yesterday. Even though the Spirit of God works in us, the flesh still does, too. It's a matter of saying "no" to the carnal mind or better yet "yes" to the spiritual mind.

I like this from Romans 12 (especially this translation;)

Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

Have a great day Susan:)Alicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00380432930727921469noreply@blogger.com
